1. Returns Policy

1.1 Returns – a summary

We are very confident that our descriptions and photos are accurate and you will be delighted with your purchase from the Towel Company.

However, as further peace of mind, if you are unhappy with your goods you are entitled to return them and cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

To return the product you simply :-

Check you meet the return policy conditions (section 1.3 below) and ring customer services on 077424 50030 or send an email to: towelinfo@yahoo.co.uk to notify us of your intentions. Send the items to the following address:

1.2 Refunds

Once the item is received, our Quality Assurance department checks and approves the condition of the product in line with returns policy conditions. We will then refund your money, minus the original shipping cost and the PayPal non- refundable transaction fee. Transaction fee does not apply to cheque payments.

1.3 Return Policy Conditions.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Items that have been laundered or used cannot be accepted for refund.
Damaged goods due to customers negligence will not be accepted.
With the exception of faulty goods, all goods returned are at the sender’s expense. When returning your item, you are responsible for insuring the package for the full purchase price. We will arrange collection of faulty goods once you have contacted us.

2. Other terms and conditions.

2.1 Acceptance of terms.

By placing an order with towelcompany.co.uk you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions as stated in this web site. The Seller’s failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.

2.2 Cancelled Orders.

Please note that when placing your order and paying via PayPal, we are charged a non-refundable transaction fee. Should you wish to cancel your order and request a refund before dispatch, please be advised that we do not offer a full refund in these circumstances.

2.3 Measurements and Weights.

Our weights and measurements as outlined in the product descriptions are as accurate as possible.

2.4 Privacy Policy.

Our policy is that

a) Any online customer data which you provide is held on a secure server and is not divulged to third parties.

2.5 Site Security

Lancashire Towel Company has taken all reasonable steps to maintain site security. We use licensed ecommerce software, supported by a specialist web service provider and arrange payment through Paypal

2.6 Complaints

We will attempt to deal with any complaint or issues you provide us with in a fair and confidential manner. In respect of Credit Card issues we may have to pass your complaint to your Bank.
WE DO NOT SEE OR HOLD YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

2.8 Legal Liability

The contracts from the sales of goods by towelcompany.co.uk shall be subject to and governed by English law.

Liability of the Lancashire Towel Company shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods.
